As I passed by the Greenville Pickens Speedway this morning I noticed a large group of motorcycles lined along the entrance drive to the track. This is my new workspace and I am hyped on it to say the least. I start working on it Thursday and with some luck it will be a functional studio within a week or so. This was the first image I shot for the HTD exhibit, but after some cosideration I decided to go with a more documentary style as opposed to shooting in the studio. It didnt get used for the exhibit but it was a shot that I liked and Casey made it in the show anyway as he did the graphic on Nates grip in the photo below.

Hit the Deck is still up over at the Showroom Gallery, but for those who cant make it there these are the images that got displayed on the decks. The images were printed on metal using a media called ink aid and the metal was then floated off the decks by using a few screw mount post. This project was a combination of two important elements of who I am photography and skateboarding. Even though
